Ingredients:  
1 baked chicken (from grocery store or Costco)
1 large head of Napa Cabbage or Iceberg Lettuce (or a mixture of both)
4 green onions
1 package of Top Ramen Noodles crumbled (preferably chicken flavor)
3 TBSP Butter
4 OZ Slivered Almonds
Cilantro (for garnish)

Dressing: 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 clove garlic (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Shred baked chicken and place in a bowl. Refrigerate.

Melt butter and add almonds, noodles and seasoning packet from Top Ramen. Brown and cool. Toss with Shredded Chicken, Cabbage/Lettuce, Onion and Cilantro.

Dressing: Mix all ingredients until fully incorporated. Pour over Chinese Salad and toss.
