3 pints young cucumbers, unpeeled, sliced thin
1 cup green pepper, sliced very thin
1 cup red and yellow pepper, sliced very thin
1 cup onion, sliced thin in rings
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and allow to stand 1 hour. Drain and add sugar, vinegar, and celery seeds. Store in glass jars in refrigerator. Makes 1 gallon.
