1 ¼ cup cake flour
½ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking powder
6 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter
2 ¼ cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 TBSP vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325° F.

Layer a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix flour, salt and baking powder and set aside.

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave until completed incorporated. After chocolate is smooth, whisk in sugar, eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

Fold in flour mixture.

Pour in prepared pan. Bake at 325° F for 30-35 minutes.
