One head of cauliflower
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Separate cauliflower and microwave or cook in boiling water until tender (about five minutes).

Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Fold in cauliflower, cheese, green onion with the sauce and chill before serving.

I received this recipe from Aunt Connie (Mitchusson) when they still lived in Amarillo. It is one of my favorite recipes to take to work for a "spread" and watch the people's reaction when they are told it is cauliflower and not potato salad.
