Four boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. butter, melted
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 garlic gloves, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chops into beaten eggs, then into bread crumbs; do this twice. Sprinkle a little salt & pepper over the chops. Place on a lightly greased broiler pan or cookie sheet with an edge.
Broil on low for 10 minutes.
Mix all other ingredients to make a basting sauce. Spoon half of the sauce over the chops. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Turn chops over and spoon remaining sauce over them. Cook at 350º for 30-45 minutes, or until done.
