Four zucchini sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 large onion sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced onion in the butter until translucent but not brown. Add sliced zucchini on top of the onion and cover the skillet and cook on medium low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove cover, turn zucchini and onions and cook uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until zucchini is cooked but not mushy.

Drain butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve.
