1 16 oz Polish Sausage
1/2 onion chopped
1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
4 slices of block cheddar cheese about 1/4 inch thick
Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into 4 pieces. Cut a slit in each piece but do not slice all the way through. In each slit place some chopped onion and garlic and cheese. Bake in oven at about 350º until cheese melts.
