4-5 large potatoes
1 cup lemon juice
1-2 tbsp garlic salt
1-2 tbsp lemon and pepper seasoning
1/4 c of oil
Directions:
Directions:
Peel... cube and rise potatoes.
Mix... lemon juice garlic salt and lemon and pepper seasoning in a bowl
Soak... potatoes in this mixture for about 30 minutes
Cook... in oil on medium heat adding part of mixture to the oil
Wait... for this mixture to caramelize before removing
