Ingredients:
1 large chicken
Water
Poultry seasoning
Salt
Pepper
2 cans of canned biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Place one large chicken in a large pot with enough water to cover. Boil chicken until meat starts to fall off the bones and the legs will pull from the body easily. With a slotted spoon remove all chicken from the broth. Let chicken cool in a bowl. Meanwhile, take one or two cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Turn broth on high. When broth begins to boil add biscuit pieces and let cook for about 15 minutes. These are your dumplings. While biscuits are cooking remove chicken from the bones. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning salt and pepper. After dumplings have cooked for 15 minutes, add chicken back into pot. Cook until dumplings are done and not gooey.
