2 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup margarine
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Separate the bow from the drumettes and rinse in water. Dry all chicken pieces with paper towels. Place vegetable oil in a deep fryer, then heat to 375 Fahrenheit. Carefully place all chicken pieces into the pre-heated oil. Fry chicken for about 15 minutes. Put margarine, pepper sauce, spices, honey and apple cider vinegar into a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Stir sauce ingredients frequently until the sauce thickens. Line a serving platter with paper towels. Remove chicken from fryer and allow to dry on paper towels to remove excess oil. Place chicken into a bowl with a lid. Pour sauce over the chicken, then close lid. Shake vigorously until all pieces are well covered with sauce. Allow chicken to sit for 5 minutes in sauce after coating before serving.
