1 pound ground turkey (or chicken or beef)
1 large onion diced
1 large red pepper diced
1 large green pepper diced
2-3 zucchini diced
2 squash diced
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (if desired)
1 can rinsed and drained kidney beans
1 can rinsed and drained cannaloni beans
1 can diced seasoned tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 c water

Prepared box of corn bread mix
2 single serving containers of applesauce
1 c orange juice

As desired: sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
In large pot brown meat. Add onion, peppers, zucchini and squash. Cook until tender. Season with chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, (and crushed red pepper if desired).
Add beans and diced tomato and tomato sauce. Add can of tomato paste. Add water to desired thickness. Serve over square of corn bread.

Prepare box of corn bread mix with one single serving applesauce and same container filled with orange juice. Prepare at least 2 boxes of corn bread mix for chili recipe.
