2 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk

Directions:

In a medium bowl, blend confectioners sugar, butter, melted chocolate and vanilla on low speed. Increase speed to high. Gradually add milk; beat until smooth and fluffy.

Frost a two layer cake, 1/2 sheet cake or 36 cupcakes

You can substitute 3 tablespoons cocoa powder for the unsweetened chocolate.
