1 cup sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
Topping
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream butter and add sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Add sour cream. Add sifted ingredients. Mix and pour into paper -lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Combine topping ingredients: sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 º for 15 to 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes
