1 medium cabbage, shredded
3 large carrots, shredded
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
3/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 3 quart baking dish and layer first 4 ingredients in order given. Slice and add butter to top of mixture. Mix sugar, salt and pepper together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
