1/2C butter
1C pecans, chopped
1C flour
1t vanilla
3T honey
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º and grease a cookie sheet.
2) Cream the butter, honey, vanilla and sugar together.
3) Add the flour and mix until well blended.
4) Blend in the pecans. Mix well for even distribution.
5) Scoop and drop teaspoons of dough onto the cookie sheet. About 12 to a sheet.
6) Bake cookies at 350º for ten minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack.
