Personal Notes:
This slaw is a family favorite and goes very well with Aunt Grace's baked beans or bean soup recipes. She loved the sour cream dressing and used it to make a sliced cucumbers and chopped scallion salad. This was very refreshing side dish to have on a hot summer day. The vegetables came directly from her vegetable garden.
