1/2 cup butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
3 ripe bananas ( mashed)
2 c flour
1/2 t vanilla
1 c nuts, chopped (optional) pecans

Filling:

Cream Cheese
Pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, beating well. Add mashed bananas, then the flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in nuts last. Bake 1 hour at 325º in greased loaf pan.

Let cool. Then slice thinly.
Mix cream cheese and pineapple juice together enough to make it spread easily. Spread on sliced banana bread and make little sandwiched.
