3 lbs beef cubes
4 onions -sliced
1 cup ketchup
1 cup duck sauce
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil beef in large pot with spices (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder) and water to cover. Saute onions until browned. Place in pan with beef cubes. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a sauce. Pour over beef. Bake covered for 1-2 hours (the longer the better.
