1/4 c. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp grated lime peel

Whisk all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and chill separately from fruit salad until ready to serve, up to 6 hours. Mix dressing into fruit. Let stand 15 minutes to blend flavors.

Suggestged fruits for salad: 2 cups each of diced cantaloupe, diced honeydew melon, seedless red or green grapes and diced fresh pineapple plus 1 1/2 cups diced papaya and 1 cup halved hulled strawberries
