2 1/2 cup Rhubarb
2 egg yolks
3 T flour
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 T butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
TOPPING:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Rhubarb into small cubes. Layer in bottom of pie plate. In small bowl, blend egg yolks, flour, sugar, butter, cream and salt. Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
