2pkg. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup scalded milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup oleo
2 eggs
5 cups sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt, shortening to scald milk. Cool to lukewarm, add 2 cups flour to yeast and milk mixture, add eggs, beat well, add the rest of flour, let rise until double in bulk. Roll out, put melted butter and cinnamon to sugar mixture and roll up into long roll, cut, let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350º F. Makes about 3 1/2 doz. Frost with powdered sugar.
