2 c. tomato juice
1 lemon jelly powder
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of tomato juice to a boil and stir in jelly powder to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 8" pan or any small mold. Chill. Cut into squares or turn out of mold to serve.
