Ingredients: 1 box small elbow macaroni 1 large brick of extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded Make a triple batch of white sauce

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º 1. boil the macaroni until just done (don't over cook because it will cook in the oven) 2. Drain and rinse the macaroni and place into a casserole dish that you have sprayed with cooking spray. 3. Add the shredded cheddar to the white sauce stirring until thoroughly blended. 4. Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and mix together. 5. Top with buttered crumbs or Parmesan cheese. 6. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly |

Notes: I use different kinds of cheeses all the time. If I have a piece of mozzarella, I'll add that to the cheddar. Fontina cheese is very good also. Use as much cheese as you like to your taste. My mom puts a few slices of velveta cheese on top of hers with a sprinkle of paprika. I'm lazy, i sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
