1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 C Italian bread crumbs
1/2 C milk
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 T Worcestershire
1 T dried parsley
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 C tomato sauce

Cream sauce:
3 T margarine
1/2 medium onion sliced thin
1 chicken boullion cube
2 T water
1/2 C milk
1 T flour
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble meat into a large bowl. Add egg, bread crumbs, milk, onion soup mix and parmesan cheese and mix with your hands. Mix in onions, worcestershire, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper, and add in tomato sauce. Press into loaf pan and bake for one hour.

For cream sauce: Cook margarine, onion, bouillon cube and water until onion is tender. Add milk mixed with flour. Cook until smooth then add pepper. Serve over loaf.
