1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. butter
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. milk
3 oz. pkg. dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pecans in butter, bake in pie pan at 350º degrees until golden, 10 minutes or so. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add 1/2 c. toasted pecans. Stir well. Pour into 8" pie pan. Top with remaining toasted pecans.

Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
