2 c sour cream
1 rounded T soft butter
1 rounded t baking soda
1 t vanilla
1 c sugar
3 c flour
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soda with sour cream, which should be at room temperature. Add remaining ingredients and chill dough overnight. Take a rounded teaspoonful of dough and roll out on floured pastry cloth. Like a pencil, 7-8” long. Shape in figure 8 or pretzel shape on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-13 minutes.
