1 c. shortening
1 c.brown sugar
1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1-1/2 c. oatmeal
1-1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, separated
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and oatmeal to make crumbs. Put 1/2 in bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325ºF for 7 minutes.
Combine sour cream, beaten egg yolks, 1 cup of white sugar and cornstarch and cook until thick. Meanwhile beat egg whites with 1/2 cup white sugar and fold into thickened sour cream mixture.
Microwave raisins until heated and add to cooked filling along with vanilla and mix well. Spread over crumbs and add remaining crumbs on top and pat down.
Bake at 325ºF for 25 minutes or until done.
