2 cans black eyed peas, drained
1 can black bean
2 cans shoe peg corn
2 cans rotel tomatoes
2 lg bell pepper chopped (or to taste)
3 ripe roma tomatoes, chopped fine
12 small green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder, garlic salt, parsley flakes
1 16 oz. zesty Italian dressing
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro (or may use equivalent
amt. if dried)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
tad of sugar

Directions:

Mix well all ingredients and chill 12 hours.

Serve as a dip with chip of choice. I like Tostido chips or any type nacho chip.
