2 large carrots
1 large onion
3 tsp fresh mint leaves
2 tbsps fresh hara dhania
1 1/4 cups shelled peas
2 green chilis
2 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1.Boil the peas till tender. Drain and reserve.
2.Peel and grate carrots into long strips.
3. Cut the onion fine.
4.Finely chop the green chilis, mint and hara dhania.
5. Mix all ingredients and serve garnished with hara dhania and finely sliced onions.
