3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/3 c. celery
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1-1/ 2 c. milk
10 oz. peas, frozen
12 oz. corn, frozen
Topping:
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add seasoning and sugar. Slowly add milk. Add flour and stir until thick. Put in casserole with peas and corn. Mix butter, crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over top. Bake in 350ºF oven for 25 minutes.
