1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium cans pork and beans
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. dark molasses
4 strips bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well all ingredients in a deep oven proof dish. Place the bacon strips on top. Bake in a 350º oven for one hour.

This is another dish we grew up with as Mother always prepared it for family dinners. I remember she always took her baked beans to the Mitchusson Family Reunion held at Lake Texoma on the Sunday before Labor Day.
