1 lb butter
1 tbsp icing sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 qt softened ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter 40 to 45 seconds. Blend in brown sugar,icing sugar,nutmeg and cinnamon. Fold in ice cream. Pour into container and freeze. To make a single 1 cup serving, fill glass mug with I heaping teaspoon hot buttered rum batter, 1 jigger rum and 1 cup water. Heat 1 to 1& 1/2 minutes,stir to blend and sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
