1 package frozen puff pastry sheets
2 packages skinless sausage links
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate sheets into six strips ( they are pre folded) and roll each slightly to make each strip a bit longer.
Place sausages touching each other along center of each strip (there may be some extra sausages). Brush one long end of each strip with egg. Fold pastry over to cover sausage and press edge to seal. Brush all over with beaten egg and slice in about one inch pieces. Bake in pre-heated oven at 400º until golden and puffy.
