1 pound fat pork
2 cups sugar
1/2 pound citron
1/2 glass of juice
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup molasses
1 lb seeded raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cloves
4. Cups flour

1 pint of boiling strong coffee
2 tsp soda
Directions:
Directions:
1 pound of fat pork chopped fine. Pour over this 1 pint of boiling,strong coffee and add 2 tsp of soda. Bake for 2 hours
