1 capful Vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 cups oil
2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar Juice of 1 orange or lemon
3 apples sliced

Directions:

slice the apples on top of batter.
place in angel food tin.
Bake 375º for 3/4 hr.
