1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1-1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1 pinch baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF Grease and flour a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and eggs.
Add flour and pinch of soda, mix well. Pour into a 8 x4 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 375ºF for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into centre of cake comes out clean.
