1 5 or 6 pound Boston Butt Roast
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup liquid smoke
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast on all sides in olive oil then place in crock pot. Mix together all ingredients and pour over the roast in crock pot. Cook slow on low for 6 hours. Let cool and separate meat from fat. Discard fat and liquid. Shred pork and stir in favorite barbecue sauce. Serve on buns.
