7 Bone or Arm Beef Roast

carrots
potatoes
gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast on stove top, add 1 large sliced onion and place in 350º oven for a couple of hours.
Then add to roast, carrots and potatoes and back in oven till roast falls apart.

Remove roast from pan along with vegetables.
Take a mason jar with a couple of heaping tablespoons of flour in it and add some water . Shake jar till water and flour is combined. Heat pan with drippings on stove top. Whisk in flour mixture till bubbly.

Some rainy weekend days, Mom and I would go to Cedar Rapids and do some shopping. When we would come home, Dad would have a roast in the oven. He loved Grandma's beef roast and he did a great job making a delicious Roast!
