1 8 oz. can of Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
1 8 oz. round Brie cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 8 oz. container of fresh mushrooms
1/2 large onion sliced
1 tsp.. minced garlic
1 tsp.. beef base
2 T. of sherry
1/2 tsp.. herb De Provence

Preheat oven 350*
Unroll dough separate at seam and divide in half, roll out so you have two squares
Place the Brie in the middle of one of the squares.
In a skillet saute the mushrooms and onion in the butter for 5 minutes or until tender.
Add garlic, beef base and sherry and cook for 3-4 minutes
Let the mushroom mixture cool
Place cooled mushroom mixture on top of the brie
Place the other half of dough on tope and seal the edges. Cut off any extra.
With the extra dough you can make a cutout to place on top.
Brush top with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes
Cool 15 minutes and serve
