2-3 slices of bacon
1 can Campbell low fat chicken soup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and finely sliced
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves .

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp on medium high heat.
Drain excess fat, leaving about 2 tbsp in skillet.
Stir in soup, lemon juice, mustard powder and
Pepper.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute on
Reduced low heat
Add Brussels sprouts and sage and stir well.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve as a side dish.
2 tsp of chopped fresh rosemary used in place
of fresh sage, give another great flavor accent.
