1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 pork chops
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 onion
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork chops with half of the salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chops on each side Add the onions, water and apple juice to pan. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn chops over and add the remaining salt and pepper. Cover and cook until water evaporates and onions are cooked. Serve with rice or noodles.
