1 lg org.chicken
300 g ground beef & pork
1 can whole mushrooms (drained & cut in half)
1 day old bun or one slice of bread
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1/2 lemon (juice & grate)
1 tbs capers (coarsely chopped)
salt & white pepper
(bayleaf-carrot-onion-celery)for the boiling water
1 large white or sweet onion
1 clove of garlic
chives optional

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in salted water (add the bayleaf-carrot-
onion-celery) pieces for a tasty broth.
Take out and let cool. Cut up the white meat.
Make mini meatballs( Italian wedding soup size )
and boil in salt water til floating. Set aside.

Fry onion until opaque add flour & chicken water
to make a white sauce.
Add salt, white pepper, capers and lemon juice.
Stir in the chicken, the meatballs and the mushrooms.
Serve over Jasmine rice and garnish with chives
