Directions:
In a large pot, place potatoes, onion & celery, cover with water (do not add too much water) and boil until potatoes are cooked.
Cook bacon separately until it is crispy. Pat off grease with paper towel
While potatoes and bacon are, cooking cut all fish into bit size pieces and when potatoes are cooked, add all remaining ingredients except the half and half cream.
Boil for 10 – 15 minutes
Add 1 quart of half & half cream and cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Stir constantly.
Once it comes to a boil reduce heat to low and let simmer until it thickens. Stir constantly.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Tips – once everything comes to a boil you can put in a crock-pot and let it simmer for a few hours (I put the crock-pot on high and keep an eye on it). This way it will not burn.
You can change the type of fish to suit your taste.
You can add more fish & potatoes to make it more hearty
