One can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/4 cup of liquid from the chickpeas
5 tbsp. of lemon juice (about two lemons)
2 tbsp. of sesame tahini
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chickpeas and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid.
Put garlic and salt in a food processor and puree.
Add chickpeas, 1/4 cup juice, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil and process until pureed.

Make a well in the hummus and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
