3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup peanuts (I use salted peanuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, sugar & corn syrup in saucepan. Add peanuts. Cook about 10 minutes at a bubble. Stir constantly with wooden spoon. Spread on buttered foil thinly. Break apart when cool.

Be sure to butter the foil before you begin, and when you place the mixture on the buttered foil... spread it quickly.
