3/4 cup apricot nectar
yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 package lemon jello
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Icing
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Cake:
Mix well and bake in an angel food pan for 35 minutes
at 350º. Remove and allow to cool. Once cool prepare cake by poking holes.

Icing:
Mix well and pour over cake that has been pierced so that the icing may be absorbed.
