2 1/2 oz jar dried slice beef
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk

Directions:

In double boiler, melt butter and mix in flour
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Add the sliced dried beef and let it come to a boil. Serve on mashed potatoes or toast

Personal Notes:
To clean oven without using sprays or extra gas or electricity: Place a Pyrex dish with one pint ammonia in oven and close the door. Let stand overnight and in the morning , wash down the oven with the dishwasher detergent.
