2-1/2 cups beef stock
1/4 cup vinegar
1-1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2-1/4 tsp. chili powder
Dash cayenne pepper
1-1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. tabasco
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic

Boil 20 minutes. Use to baste beef, pork or chicken as it broils or cooks on the grill.
