Ingredients:
1 1/2 Thawed Hamburger
1 small onion diced
1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 head of Cabbage or 3 green peppers
2 small cans on tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and cool a little. Add onions, hamburger together.
Steam cabbage until it come off head easy. I take some leaves off and then steam some more. Otherwise the outside ones get mushy. Put hamburger rice mixture in cabbage leaf and put in pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. 15 minutes before you take them out squirt catsup over the top.
If you are making Stuffed peppers. Cut green peppers in 1/2 and clean seeds out. Put hamburger rice mixture inside pepper and put covered pan and bake. Do the same the last 15 minutes on the cabbage rolls. I put about 1/4 cup of water on bottom of pan. Helps continue to steam cabbage or green peppers.
