Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
1 28oz. can tomatoes
1 can chili beans
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
black pepper, tabasco sauce, Italian seasoning, and
garlic salt to taste
2-3 dashes worcestershire sauce
3-6 tsp. chili powder
dash garlic salt
1 lg. onion, diced
1 20oz. can kidney beans
1 lg. pepper, diced
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Saute onion,green pepper
and Italian seasoning. Mix in beef and garlic salt. Add
tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, worcestershire sauce.
Stir in chili powder, place bay leaf on top. Simmer at
least two hours. Occasionally stir and taste test.
